Here are the homebody options to keep you strong and get you ready for the weekend:

EMPOWER YOGA with Ronn V.
Equipment needed: mat, block and/or blanket (optional). Sometimes less is more. In this video, we strip down the practice to a handful of poses that challenge and foster our endurance, stamina, and staying power.

CARDIO DANCE by 305 Fitness
No equipment needed. You’ve got to check out this throwback dance class from our amazing friends at 305 Fitness! They have been streaming live dance classes, just like the ones you take with us at Studiomix. This class is so much fun!

Watch the short video to learn the moves then grab a chair and complete 4 rounds of the exercises in order.

  • Goblet squats (16 reps)
  • Tricep extensions (12 reps)
  • Bicep curls (21 reps: 7 low, 7 mid, 7 full)
  • Bulgarian split squat (8 each side)
  • Single leg deadlift (8 each side)
  • Isometric row hold (5 x 10 sec holds)
