At this point, it might be difficult to keep your momentum going. Working out at home may have its conveniences, but it also comes with the possibility of letting yourself lapse in intensity. Keep your focus and use this time to try something new.

Sometimes a new workout or class can spark inspiration. That’s why we’re making sure to give you a wide variety of recorded classes to utilize while we’re at home. And who knows? Maybe you’ll end up taking some classes at the gym that you hadn’t considered before. Now is your chance to test it out in privacy and see if something strikes you that you hadn’t considered in the past. Ultimately, the most important thing is to keep moving….
