WORKOUT 03.22
At home workout with Sam N.
Equipment needed: 2 secure plastic bags filled with soup cans or waterbottles. Follow the short video breakdown for each of the moves. Do 12-20 reps of each exercise:

  • Weighted squats
  • Curl to overhead press
  • Bicep curls
  • Overhead tricep extensions
  • 1 leg Romanian deadlift (right & left)
  • Bag swing to wide squat
  • Supine chest press w/ leg stretches
  • Supine chest press w/ bridge press (1 leg or 2)
  • Standing low rows (right, left, both)
  • Step back lunges to overhead press
  • V-sit shoulder press
  • Russian twist
