WORKOUT 03.20 – can’t stop, won’t stop!

It’s day four of the Homebodies Series: thoughtfully designed workouts you can do anywhere with limited space and zero equipment. All you need is your favorite workout outfit, your trusty water bottle, and your can-do attitude. Now, crank those workout tunes and let’s get it on!

WORKOUT 03.20
Ascending/Descending. Begin with 10 burpees, followed by 1 forward lunge on each side. In round two drop the burpee count to 9 and increase the forward lunge to 2 on each side. Continue until you reach 1 burpee and 10 forward lunges. Rest as needed.
