I’ve always been fascinated by strength and fitness; as a kid I was constantly doing push-ups and climbing everything I could. I moved to America from Norway when I was five, and I’ve also lived in Singapore, Indonesia, and England. As I got a little older I competed in track and field and Brazilian Jiu Jistu. My number one love is rugby. I’ve played for 15 years and have even been lucky enough to represent my country Norway a few times.
Strength and proper movement are the foundation of a healthy life. Anyone can learn to get stronger and move better. I also believe that mobility and stability around all joints is crucial for long term, physical well-being. I believe training should be progressive, efficient, and smart; whether you are training for a marathon or powerlifting meet.
