Health Coach
Specializes in Vinyasa, Power Yoga, and Yin/Restorative
I began casually practicing yoga while studying theatre at the College of Charleston and found a deeper practice upon moving to San Francisco in 2006. Growing up a competitive swimmer and athlete, I fell in love with the physical part of yoga and also the spiritual depth the practice brings. I completed my 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher Certification through Pete Guinosso's 'Lighting the Path' training program supported by Yoga Tree in 2014. Currently, I continue to work toward my 500 RYT Certification. In addition I’m actively teaching yoga to children through 'It's Yoga Kids' program. When I’m not teaching I can be found chasing adventure, good music, and/or sharks. I spend a lot of time on or in the water, and marine conservation is one of my biggest passions.
Do what feels good in your body. Find something that pushes, nurtures, and challenges you in body and mind. No matter the workout you should leave smiling and ready to face any challenges, carrying a positive attitude with you.
