Health Coach
Specializes in Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Pranayama
Growing up in Honolulu, I was a diligent dance student throughout my adolescence, focusing primarily on modern and ballet. Though dance was my first love, it demanded a certain expectation of perfection. Yoga entered my life and taught me to be gentler with my body and more accepting of my physical limitations. Having now lived in San Francisco for over 10 years, I still enjoy dancing very much and believe yoga has only complimented the way I understand and feel the movement of the human body.
We must be curious and compassionate about our bodies. There is a beautiful balance that can be found between challenge and contentment.

“There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium, and it will be lost.” - Martha Graham
