Small Group Training: Tabata Bootcamp w/ Ken Scott

This 8-week program based on the most current research in the industry combines bootcamp fitness with high intensity interval training to get you results! Learn to do your workout in half the time, and boost your metabolism so that you keep burning calories for hours after your workout is over. You’ll increase strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness in a supportive, small group environment with 24/7 website access to record progress and keep you on track. We’ll target your individualized goals and share scientifically based dietary challenges for elevated and sustainable results.
