It’s all about choices!
Apple vs Donut* – There are pros and cons to eating a donut, but there are also pros and cons to eating an apple. Aim for the apple 80% (+) of the time and the donut 20% (-) of the time. Each decision you make has an impact on your overall health and wellbeing… but this doesn’t mean to always eat the apple. Allowing yourself to have an occasional splurge has been scientifically proven to help people make better choices for the long haul. So go ahead, indulge appropriately (no more than 20% of the time).
