What is Studio Pilates Plus?
The next step for your Pilates practice, this intense workout incorporates intermediate to advanced exercises on various equipment in the Pilates Studio. We recommend you start with Studio Pilates Mix, Athletic Pilates, or private sessions before attending this class.

Take your base knowledge of Pilates posture and form and apply it to more complex moves that dive deeper. We’ll develop flexible strength and move with intention during this focused workout designed to take your practice to the next level. Build from the familiar movements you already know adding variety and enhanced results.

What you’re working

What to expect in Studio Pilates Plus
Expect to be challenged alongside peers who are passionate about Pilates. You’ll own the work as our classically trained instructors cue you through the class. Utilize your core consistently and reap the benefits of more integrated training.

What to wear
Comfortable workout attire (nothing too loose) allowing the instructor to see your body alignment for proper correction. Please do not wear clothes with zippers or buttons on the backside as you will be moving while on your back. Your choice of bare feet or socks.
