Intermediate Boxing

What is Intermediate Boxing?
Jab. Cross. Hook. Uppercut. If you are comfortable with these punches, have basic footwork, and can hold mitts, jump into Intermediate Boxing and take your skills to the next level.

This class focuses on proper technique and progressing the fundamentals of boxing, taught the way real professionals train. Grow your skill set as you hit the heavy bags, learn advanced combinations, practice mitt work and footwork, and train your body with conditioning drills. Intermediate Boxing offers a challenging yet supportive atmosphere for intermediate fighters. Your coach will give instruction where needed and take the time to break down advanced combinations and improve your technique. *Mouth guards are required to attend Intermediate Boxing. It is recommended that you bring your own hand wraps and gloves as well, however they are available to borrow at the club.
