Workshop! Yoga Inversions w/ Cecily Guest



Yoga inversions don’t have to be scary – downward facing dog is an inversion too! Inversions are fundamental postures for wellness and physical regeneration. They are also a helpful way to induce a meditative and relaxed frame of mind. In this workshop you’ll learn how to easily and effectively set up inversions using props such as a chair, wall, blankets, and blocks. Move past common fears and misconceptions to give the body renewed energy and focus.
