Improve posture, open the chest, and explore range of motion while you learn to back bend safely in this 60 minute workshop. We’ll unlock the front body and strengthen muscles of the upper back. Even if back bending does not come naturally, we’ll open our hips and shoulders so that the spine can become fluid and bendy. Each pose will be approached safely with tips for personal practice. Take class both weeks for added encouragement.
