Specializes in Running, Cycling, Core, Mental Skills Training, TRX®, Pilates, and Weightlifting
I was born and raised in Detroit and left after high school. I then moved to Atlanta where I learned and matured a lot. After 8 years in Atlanta I moved to Las Vegas and I began working as a Personal Trainer in 2005 when I grew tired of watching horrible weight lifting form on the gym floor. I moved to San Diego in 2006 where I began working with special clients suffering from spinal cord injuries and neurological disorders. I moved up to the Bay area to earn a second degree (first one in Business) in Kinesiology and to become a Physical Therapist. I begin CSU East Bay in the Fall.
Every day is training day. But, that doesn’t mean that I abuse my body by overtraining. Be it mental, physical or spiritual, every day is training day.
When I’m working on Cardio (pacing) I’ll play DeadMau5. When I’m focused on interval training I like the Chemical Brothers or MUSE! If it’s a boxing workout, I love the Roots, Xzibit or Crookers. If it’s weightlifting, TOOL does the trick every time!
Close to the ocean. I love being able to jump in the ocean and run down the beach.
Burlesque Performer, although not much is hidden by the time I show this talent.
