Hula Hooping w/ Otillia Ward

Hooping is exercise disguised as fun! Don’t miss this beginner series with an emphasis on using the hoop as a fitness tool. Learn correct posture, body rotation, hand control, hoop assisted stretches, and fun moves that will have you sweating and smiling at the same time.
