The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform a multitude of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself in each exercise based on the position of the straps. TRX® Bodyweight Burn delivers an effective total-body workout, helps to build a rock-solid core, and increases overall muscular endurance. Classes vary, ranging from faster paced intervals to slower, isometric styles. Push, pull, squat, lunge, and twist to strengthen and train like a Navy SEAL.

What you’re working

What to expect
Balance, coordination, and strength are truly tested. If you are new to TRX®, there may be a point in class where you will feel slightly uncoordinated or awkward. It usually takes 3-4 workouts to begin to feel comfortable on the straps. The only way to master this fun training system is to come back!

What to wear
Clothing in which you can move freely and sweat in. Supportive shoes are best; bare feet are optional for an additional challenge.
