TRX® Blitz



45 minutes of TRX Suspension Training®, this all level, dynamic class builds strength, flexibility, and endurance while activating your core.

Developed by a Navy SEAL, the TRX® Suspension Trainer is the original workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight. You’re in control of how much you want to push yourself on each exercise; simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. This class is a quick paced, cardiovascular and muscular endurance challenge that engages all of your muscles with a non-stop, intense approach. Once you are comfortable using the TRX®, the quick transitions will allow you to achieve the high intensity calorie burning workout you crave.

What you’re working

What to expect
This is an intermediate TRX® class ideal for those who have experienced suspension training. All are welcome; the transitions in this class are just a bit faster than our full hour option. Please arrive on time to set your straps properly and come prepared to be pushed to the limit. Be sure to check your ego at the door; suspension training has a way of uncovering everyone’s weaknesses! There will be a point in class where you will undoubtedly feel uncoordinated or awkward. We believe this builds character, trains you not to take yourself too seriously, and allows you to be open to new ways of moving your body.

What to wear
Clothing in which you can move freely and sweat in. Supportive shoes are best; bare feet are optional for an additional challenge.
