Jiu Jitsu

The art of Jiu Jitsu has evolved from early conception in Japan, contemporary development in Brazil, and now in its latest advancements throughout the West Coast of the United States. With a focus on ground fighting and chokes, our Jiu Jitsu classes are open to all of our members for an awesome self-defense workout, a healthy addition to your “class load”, or some serious fight training.
