Basic barbell movements combined with conditioning work build strength and power that transfers to any athletic endeavor. Using tested methods from athletic programs throughout the world, this class will focus on developing total body strength and athletic level conditioning improving your ability to run, jump, play and perform.

What you’re working

What to expect
Learn the basics of barbell training movements, such as the squat, deadlift, and a variety of presses. Get comfortable lifting from the floor or rack and apply advanced strength and conditioning techniques to your program. This is especially useful for athletes who are looking to improve performance on the field or court. Transform your body shape and push past your plateaus.

What to wear
Clothing in which you can move freely, lift heavy, and sweat in. Flat soled shoes are best.
