Ashtanga Yoga

With hands-on adjustments and an opening chant, this classic yoga consists of sun salutations, standing, seated, and balancing poses along with backbends, inversions, meditation, and rest. Develop strength, stamina, flexibility, concentration, and internal awareness at any level.

Sweat Box

Train with winning boxing combinations & athletic drills for a challenge like no other. Gain strength, speed, and endurance working in timed intervals. * Hand wraps are required for this class and are available for sale at the club.

Latin Dance
