HIIT

Less is more; all you need is a pair of dumbbells, a mat, and your game face. Build your endurance with intervals.

This metabolism boosting workout is great for those who like to be prepared for what’s coming next and chart their progress. Push your cardiovascular endurance, power, and overall conditioning to new levels while executing a block of 4 exercises, timed and at max effort. Rinse, smile, and repeat before transitioning to the next series of moves. We’ll go all out, bringing you to a thoroughly satisfied and exhausted state of bliss. This class will jump, lunge, squat, pull, and push your body to the extreme. You will be encouraged to go beyond your comfort zone.

What you’re working

What to expect
Expect to challenge yourself to go farther, push harder, and get stronger with every class. Give your best effort, record, and track your progress. Interval training is a great way to boost your metabolism and maintain muscle. However, be sure to give yourself proper recovery time between high intensity workouts as this style of training can be counterproductive if done every day of the week. 1-3 times per week of is ideal for any fitness routine whether you’re a weekend warrior or a 9-5 desk jockey.

What to wear
Comfortable clothing that allows you to sweat and move freely along with supportive shoes to jump in and/or change direction laterally
