A full 30 minute concentration on your bottom half.

Get the most out of your time in this focused lower body workout. Glutes are the largest muscle in your body and the potential for power and strength may be untapped. Your muscles are your armor, and working the lower half of your body will help you be a better athlete. You will reduce your risk of injury, burn more calories, improve your balance, run faster and farther, relieve lower back pain, and increase range of motion. This class jam-packs a grunt-inducing series of lunges, squats, deadlifts, and explosive movement.

What you’re working

What to expect
Expect to feel the burn using high repetitions, plyometrics, squats, lunges, and deadlifts using various tools such as dumbbells, gliders, and therabands. Your instructor will ask that you go “all-in” to maximize the half hour.

What to wear
Comfortable clothing that you can sweat in.
