30 minutes of intense weight training and conditioning in our Strength Studio. Get in and get it done.

Push your limits beyond what you believe is possible. This efficient, high intensity workout combines bursts of compound athletic movements with added weight resistance. Each class places emphasis on intensity while you perform couplet and triplet movements back-to-back using kettlebells, dumbbells, body weight, sandbags, disk weights, or medicine balls. Perfect for a busy schedule, you’ll get the most for your time in Cross Mix.

What you’re working

What to expect
Be prepared to challenge your physical stamina and mental toughness. You will be coached to perform simple compound movements through a full range of motion. With a focus on strength and endurance, plan to push yourself, find your zone, and go all out during this quick yet challenging workout. Class is always varied in order to keep your body from adapting and modifications are provided for customization. This class is one of our more advanced/intermediate classes on the schedule, and your coach will expect that you already know how to execute a proper lunge, squat, and push-up.

What to wear
Comfortable clothing that you can sweat and move in with supportive shoes.
