Coach Office Hour

Take advantage of this free time with our head health coaches. Ask questions about classes, equipment, your fitness goals, or anything else top of mind. We’re here to help.

Our head health coaches have hours set aside throughout the week to meet with you outside of class, just like a college professor. Come get guidance on navigating the class schedule, ask questions about programs or basic nutrition, talk about 1-on-1 coaching, discover the purpose behind a certain type of training, or just say hello; we always love seeing you and hearing about the progress you’ve made. You can find Coach Office Hours on the class schedule and sign up via MINDBODY just like any other class. If you cannot attend the scheduled Coach Office Hours, feel free to call in or email your questions to coach@studiomix.com. Don’t hesitate to get the help you need- we are here for you!

What to expect
Expect to set a flexible, balanced workout plan for yourself so you can get started right away. You’ll learn how long to follow your first plan and how to switch it up down the road. Depending on the attendance of this drop in style class, you may be 1-on-1 with the coach or in a small group. During the Coach Office Hour do not expect a personal training session, workout, or in depth nutrition consultation. We have 1-on-1 sessions available for that!
