Aerial Conditioning



Aerial Conditioning utilizes the aerial silk, a suspension training tool that was originally created for Cirque du Soleil and has since been incorporated into the circus arts and aerial fitness. It requires courage and strength to master drops, slides, and rolls in the air. This 60 minute small group session is excellent for those looking to learn fundamental aerial skills, become strong, and increase overall flexibility. Work with a professional to become comfortable on the silks and conquer your fear of heights!

This engaging and one-of-a-kind class is a fun and unique way to challenge your core strength and test your limits against the elements of suspension and momentum, taking your physical prowess to the next level. Aerial Conditioning is great for all levels, but those who have mastered bodyweight push ups and pull ups will get the most out of the experience.

What to expect
Expect to quickly learn your strengths and weaknesses. Keep an open mind, you may be humbled. Your instructor will lead you through a series of warm ups including flexibility and grip drills to prepare you for your time on the silks. You’ll make the most of this hour by incorporating bodyweight circuits in between aerial practice in a non-intimidating, intimate environment.

What to wear
Form-fitting clothes that cover your legs. No zippers, jewelry, or shoes.
