VO2Max w/ Revvo: Sat Mar 12th 9am-1pm

VO2Max (Aerobic Fitness) is one of the best indicators of fitness and health, but usually requires a trip to a fitness lab and can cost about $150 on average to test. Revvo is an innovative smart exercise bike that accurately measures VO2Max without using an oxygen mask, thereby making this simpler, more affordable, and perhaps even a bit of fun!

The test gives you a scientific assessment of your fitness level and also enables you to benchmark against your age and sports-specific cohorts. In addition the test also reveals your thresholds and personalized training zones so you can build a smart training plan.

Your test will last 30 minutes; actual cycling time is roughly 15 minutes.

Run Club w/ Vanessa Wilkins

Running outdoors is nourishing and one of the simplest forms of training. Fresh air, community, and technique tips are our promise to you in marked 2, 4, and 6 mile loop options. You will have the opportunity to run speed drills and tackle hills. Whether you are training for your next race or just want to be able to run/walk a mile, this class is for you. Learn specifics about your individual technique as you move through the city. Improve your gait, posture, and breath for a more efficient run. We’ll start with 5-10 minutes of foam roll and stretch at the club. Run with the group or sprint ahead. Just do you. Everyone’s welcome; we run rain or shine!
